Grammy award winning Christian artist Jason Crabb is traveling the country on his ‘Love is Stronger’ tour and will be making a stop on Saturday, June 14 at Chantilly Farm in Floyd. The show is being presented by Jeff Dalton Ministries and will take place from 3pm until 8pm.
“This is something that I’ve wanted to put together for a long time and Chantilly Farm seemed like the perfect place to do it. We’ve received so much positive feedback from churches in the region and we’re really hoping for a great turnout. If you’ve never had the opportunity to see Jason Crabb in concert, then you are really in for a treat. He truly is one of the greatest Christian artists of our generation,” commented Dalton.
Crabb began performing with the internationally renowned Crabb Family at the age of 14 and has worked extensively with such notable gospel acts as the Gaither’s, Sandi Patty, and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
Crabb’s music has taken the contemporary Christian world by storm in recent years with a Grammy award in 2010 for Best Southern Gospel Album and a total of more than 20 Gospel Music Association Dove awards.
“Rarely have I met an artist with even a portion of Jason’s talent react with such authentic surprise and gratitude at honors like these,” says CCM Magazine editor, Caroline Lusk. “He demonstrates the same grace he sings about on-stage and off.”
Special guests for the one day event will be Fortify Trio and Chuck Compton. Attendees are asked to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating and the show will be rain or shine. Bootleg BBQ and the Floyd Country Store will be vending a variety of foods on-site the day of the show.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate. Children 12 and under will be admitted free. Advance tickets may be purchased online atwww.chantillyfarm.com/tickets.
